Bajra Brick & Tile Industries, established in 2015, strives to change the way bricks are traditionally made in Nepal. They produce new age bricks and tiles that are on average 40% stronger and 20% cheaper than traditional bricks. The industry does not fully depend on fertile soil as raw material as they also use construction waste. Their products are both earthquake resistant and anti-pollution. Bikram Prajapati, one of the founders, shares his vision of establishing a chain of factories creating a platform to build sustainable and environmentally-friendly products.
